Toate aceste tehnici au acelasi scop: imbinarea a doua materiale (doua piese). Diferenta consta in conditiile in care se executa tehnica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cateodata acesti termeni sunt utilizati eronat in contextul aplicatiei in discutie. De aceea, printr-un scurt articol vom incerca sa lamurim diferenta dintre aceste expresii: lipire moale (soldering), lipire tare (brazing; termen care in limbajul comun este numit &#8222;brazare&#8221;), sudura (welding).<\/p>\n<h3>Generalitati<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Lipirea<\/strong> este o tehnica care executa imbinarea a doua piese aflate in stare solida cu ajutorul unui material de adaos topit, numit <strong><a title=\"Aliaj de lipit\" href=\"http:\/\/www.frigotehnie.ro\/8-aliaje-de-sudura\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">aliaj lipire<\/a><\/strong> (adaos) care are in general o compozitie complexa. Aliajul de lipit are intotdeauna temperatura de topire mai joasa decat a metalelor de baza (materialul pieselor).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sudura<\/strong> este o tehnica care implica procesul de fuziune care are loc odata cu topirea metalului de baza si un metal de adaos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De retinut ca toate aceste tehnici sunt recomandate pentru cazurile in care deschiderea imbinarii este mica. Cu cat deschiderea imbinarii este mai mica, cu atat cantitatea de material de adaos este mai mica, de unde rezulta o imbinare mai puternica.<\/p>\n<h3>Proprietatile aliajelor de lipit (adaos)<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>trebuie sa aiba capacitatea de umectare<\/li>\n<li>fluiditate buna pentru a patrunde in interstitiile cele mai fine<\/li>\n<li>sa nu formeze compusi corozivi in contact cu metalul de baza<\/li>\n<li>coeficientul sau de dilatare sa nu difere mult de cel al materialului de baza<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Lipire moale (soldering)<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Lipirea moale<\/strong> se executa uzual in industria electronica si electrotehnica, la instalatii sanitare din cupru (imbinarea tevilor si fitingurilor de cupru din instalatiile casnice de apa potabila si incalzire care sa nu depaseasca 28 x 1,5 mm) si in general acolo unde piesele nu au de suportat solicitari mari.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Materialul de adaos (aliaje pentru lipire moare): staniu, plumb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tehnologia lipirii moi: prima etapa o reprezinta curatarea suprafetei de lipit (mecanic si chimic). Lipirea se poate executa cu: ciocanul de lipit, cu flacara, prin imersie in baie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Temperatura de lipire: lipirea moale se face cu aliaje de lipit care ajung la topire sub temperatura de 450\u00b0 Celsius<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rezistenta la rupere a aliajului de lipit: 5 &#8211; 7 daN\/mm\u00b2<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se utilizeaza lipirea moale pentru: cupru si aliajele sale, zinc, toate calitatile de oteluri carbon si aliaje, fonte cenusii, aluminiu, nichel etc<\/p>\n<h3>Lipire tare (brazing = brazare)<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Lipirea tare (brazarea)<\/strong> se foloseste acolo unde intervin eforturi mari si permit obtinerea unei imbinari rezistente la piesele pe care, din diferite motive nu le putem suda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Materialul de adaos (aliaje pentru lipire tare):<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>aliaje Al-Zn pentru lipirea aluminiului si a aliajelor sale<\/li>\n<li>aliaje Cu-Zn, Ag-Cu-Zn pentru alame si aliaje feroase<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cu cat este mai ridicata cantitatea de argint (Ag) din materialul de adaos (procentual) cu atat este mai scazuta temperatura de topire iar lipiturile au o rezistenta mecanica mai mare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tehnologia lipirii tari: se curata suprafata de lipit fizic si chimic dupa care lipirea se executa cu flacara.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Temperatura de lipire: brazarea se face cu aliaje de lipit care ajung la topire peste temperatura de 450\u00b0 Celsius pana in 1000-1200\u00b0 Celsius.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rezistenta la rupere a aliajului de lipit: 50 daN\/mm\u00b2<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se utilizeaza lipirea tare pentru: cupru si aliajele sale, zinc, toate calitatile de oteluri carbon si aliaje, etc<\/p>\n<h3>Sudura (welding)<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prin <strong>sudura<\/strong> se intelege unirea sau impreunarea a 2 piese, din materiale de obicei metalice sau termoplastice, utilizand caldura cu sau fara ajutorul unor materiale de adaos. Cand imbinarea se realizeaza in urma schimbarii de faza (topire), procesul se numeste sudare prin topire.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Materialul de adaos in sudura se utilizeaza atunci cand rostul (spatiul dintre piese) care trebuie umplut este mare ori cand materialele ce trebuiesc imbinate nu sunt compatibile metalurgic (adica au proprietati fizice si chimice diferite).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tehnologia de sudura: cu arc electric, sudare cu electrod invelit (cel mai cunoscut procedeu), cu flacara oxi-acetilenica etc<\/p>\n<h3>Pasta decapanta (flux, borax)<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pasta decapanta sau flux careia generic si nu tocmai corect i se mai spune borax, are rolul de a dizolva si indeparta oxizii de pe piesele de lipit si de a le proteja impotriva oxidarii, de a imbunatati aderarea si intinderea aliajului de lipit pe suprafata materialului de baza. In general nu se poate executa lipirea fara flux. Fluxurile pentru lipire trebuie sa se topeasca complet si sa aiba actiune chimica si fizica la temperaturi relativ joase ale lipirii.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fluxurile des utilizate sunt: colofoniul (la lipirea cuprului si a alamei), stearina (la lipirea aliajelor de plumb), clorura de zinc dizolvata in apa (pentru otel si aliaje de cupru), acidul clorhidric dizolvat in apa (la lipirea zincului), boraxul care reduce oxizii metalici la caldura si dau nastere unei mase sticloase.<\/p>\n<h3>De retinut si alti termeni:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">autogen = sudare cu ajutorul unui metal topit la o flacara oxiacetilenica (uzual sunt doua gaze: acetilena si oxigenul)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">electrod = conductor electric ce conduce curentul electric la piesa care se sudeaza iar prin arcul electric format intre capatul acestuia si piesa se creeaza sudura<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In limbajul curent al profesionistilor auzim de multe ori termeni precum sudura, brazare sau lipire.
